You get a chance to view our secure data website and see data collection in real-time.
Need Hardware Support
If a unit becomes damaged, we may be able to offer to repair it instead of replacing it. Since we design out products, our engineers can assess the damage. This saves you from having to work with a third party and allows us to save you money when possible. We also provide upgrades to older DAP versions when feasible, so you can have the newest features.
If one of your DAPs is encountering some issues, it sends us alerts to let us know there is a problem. This lets us help you troubleshoot the issue. In some cases, it is possible for Innomatix to provide over-the-air software updates to address the issue.
